Founding pilot terms

Version 2026-10-29-pilot-v1. This is an invitation-only, early-access real estate organization service. Your 14-day trial begins when your account is created. No payment card is required and no payment is taken automatically.

Invited founding agents who submit honest feedback may claim one free year when their trial ends. The offer belongs to the invited account, can be used once, and does not require a positive review or testimonial. You must choose to claim it; feedback alone does not enroll you in a paid plan. Any later paid subscription requires separate agreement.

Keep your own exports and independently verify important transaction deadlines. Checklists are organizational reminders, not legal advice or actual brokerage documents. Use information you have permission to store. Do not upload payment-card information, government identification, passwords or confidential transaction documents.

During this pilot, an expired free period makes enrolled workspaces read-only; it does not delete their records. Export remains available. Retention and account-closure requests are handled by the operator; no automatic deletion date or uptime guarantee is offered in this pilot. Reply to the person who invited you for support or privacy requests.

Feedback is used to improve the product. We will ask separately before publishing it as a testimonial. Misuse or unauthorized access may result in suspension. Read the privacy notice before joining.
